A leading investment organisation in Central London require an IT Support Analyst to ensure issues raised by staff are dealt with in a satisfactory manner and staff receive a high level of service. The IT Support Analyst will also be assisting with IT projects, producing training materials and user guides. The IT Support Analyst will be acting as first point of contact for all staff, ensuring calls are logged and dealt with professionally and within an agreed timeframe escalating to the appropriate resource where necessary.
