My client is a well established software / technology company based in Nottinghamshire.  They are seeking to add to their support capability with a strong ITIL Problem Analyst (ITIL Service Desk Analyst, ITIL Analyst, ITIL Support Analyst) to join a busy team supporting bluechip and global clients.

 To apply for this role you will have ideally worked in a similar role for 3 or more years.

 Key Skills:

  • ITIL foundation and Operational support and analysis as a minimum
  • Experience of report creating
  • Experience of managing blue chip customers
  • Experience within a support environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People management experience
  • Technical mindset
  • Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure

You must have great communication skills, both written and verbal.
