My client is seeking to add to their Support team with a MAC Support Engineer (2nd Line Support, MAC Support, Apple product support, MAC OSX, AirWatch MDM, LANDesk, Citrix and a Software Library).
Currently there are some 1500 desk units to support and over 500 mobile devises.
This is a mixture of both MAC and Windows machines and devices.
To be considered for this role you will have first rate MAC knowledge and support experience, preferably for over 3 years. You will have a keen interest in all Apple products and be expected to be able to support Windows systems and products also.
This will be a great opportunity to grow and learn within a progressive and expanding business.
