An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing iGaming & Payments organisation based in the St Julian’s area of Malta. They are seeking an experienced ICT Lead to help scale their operations and digital infrastructure, creating an ICT centre of excellence.
This is a true leadership role, offering the chance to really make an impact on the organisations ICT strategy. You will own the roadmap, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of their digital workplace and be a reference point to the corporate ICT team and internal served users.
Key Experience Required
3+ years in Corporate ICT leadership position. Including, experience leading a small team and working with contractors for adhoc projects.
Extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 tenants, IAM, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM/MDM)
Experience managing an international user base of over a 100 across separate business units and tenants.
Solid understanding of corporate cybersecurity principles, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in an ICT related field
Industry certifications highly desirable (eg M365 administration, ITIL4/5).
iGaming industry experience desirable.
On Offer
Base salary: up to €75,000 (DOE)
Discretionary bonus up to 10%
Hybrid working (3 days per week in the St Julian’s office)
