Senior Data Analyst

Digitech are partnered with a fast growing Eccom SAAS business that specialise in empowering customer satisfaction, and generating a first class experience through AI driven research


You will be joining their data centre of excellence and a play a crucial role in translating data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision making and enhancing the value of our platform to their clients.


Assist the CPMO, CTO, SLT, Product, and Engineering teams in constructing a data-centric understanding of clients, their product usage, and user journeys to facilitate informed product development prioritisation.

Identify data deficiencies and propose tools and solutions to address them.

Supervise a small team of graduate data analysts.

Analyse data from various sources, presenting insights in suitable formats such as trends, patterns, cohorts, and regression analyses.

Maintain and expand a set of dashboards and tracking mechanisms for key performance indicators and product metrics to facilitate outcome monitoring.

Collaborate closely with the product and sales teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions that enhance commercial success.

Identify prospects to improve existing processes and methodologies for more efficient data analysis and reporting.

Required Professional Skills:

At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a data analytics role within a commercial setting.

Experience in managing or mentoring junior analysts.

Proficiency in SQL.

Familiarity with BI tools, preferably Looker.

Knowledge of Google BigQuery and a One Big Table design.

Proven expertise in regression analysis, churn analysis, and cohort/funnel analysis.

Strong project management skills, able to work effectively under pressure, with excellent organizational and planning abilities.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing competing priorities and needs across multiple teams.

Desirable but not essential: Experience in analytics engineering with DBT, Looker management and optimization, familiarity with GA4, and an interest in Python.
