My client is looking for a blend of talent that can provide level 3 application support, system engineering / analyst capabilities and the technology stack support all the way from hardware to UI and understands the aim of DevOps as it relates to culture, automation, measurement / monitoring and sharing.
The production support team is responsible for supporting internal and customer-facing web application in order to fulfil the required service standards. The team interacts with multiple business teams including software developers, customer support, operations, and quality assurance and provides hands-on technical assistance as needed. The team is dedicated to ensuring a quick response to urgent customer needs and special requests as they arise.
