Delivery Recruitment Consultant

DigiTech Resourcing are a Tech-Only recruitment agency with a headcount of approx. 30 recruiters, spread across two offices – Surrey and London. Our style is very hands-on, we sit in an open plan office, and we enjoy getting involved in all aspects of the business. We have high expectations of our teams and a high level of mutual trust. We're open to speaking with people already working in recruitment looking for a new challenge with a local agency or with people working in sales looking to start a career in recruitment. Due to growth we're looking to grow headcount in Leatherhead in our delivery team. Our culture is very much built around our core values as well as mutual trust, respect, and fairness. This role requires an excellent communicator, someone who is confident speaking with people and who has the ability to assess situations in an efficient and effective manner. A successful Recruitment Consultant needs to be able to capitalise on opportunities within a fast-paced environment and be flexible and adaptable in their approach.
