Our client a globally known and recognised brand are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for their Gibraltar based offices. The location is fantastic and one of the best offices we have seen. 

The Service Desk Analyst will be a customer considerate person with a passion for IT, there will be massive opportunity for progression and personal development so this is not to be missed.

Service Desk Analyst duties:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues
  • Ensure all customers calls have a quick response rate
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Service Desk Analyst experience/knowledge of:

  • Microsoft windows technologies (active directory, Exchange, Win7, Win10)
  • Print services
  • Networking skills
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • VM Ware
  • Dell Hardware
  • Lenovo Hardware
  • Imaging (SSCM, WDS)
  • Printer setup (Dell/HP)
