CRM Product Manager
A Fast-Growing Fintech Company in Central London are looking for a CRM Product Manager to play the key role in the delivery of strategic Relationship management and customer insight solutions.
As the successful Product Manager you will be responsible for working cloesly with the internal business functions to define and communicate a clear product vision.
This is a hands on role and you will regularly work with stakeholders and senior management throughout the product's lifecycle from idea to delivery
Product Manager Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage and communicate the requirements, priorities and the roadmap of the primary customer relationship management, Salesforce and our customer insight solution
- Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Act as a bridge between the technical and sales/business development teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business
- Partnering and working closely with the Product Managers for ERP, HRIS and Core backend services to ensure roadmaps and backlogs are understood, visible, aligned, and business value is understood
- Strengthen collaborative relationships with external vendors
- Fully understand the sales cycle and process
- Act as the primary escalation point for business-critical issues.
- Coordinate CRM training for end-users
- Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Drive best practice and direction of process and workflow
Essential Skills and Experience to be the CRM Product Manager
- Experience of BI solution and SaaS software deliveries, including Salesforce CRM
- Experience in Product Management
- Proven track record of gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and/or functional specifications
- Excellent communicator, able to present product vision, progress and execution at an executive level
- A strong understanding of the technical architecture of complex web applications and web technologies
- Clarity of communication (Precise, Succinct, Effective)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience working in an agile development environment, e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, Lean
- Highly organised and able to manage individual workload
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to align departments throughout the product and project lifecycles
