Technical Service Manager (Software, .NET Environment)

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum



The opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Services Manager – Software .NET Environment to join a leading Financial Service company, you will coordinate and manage all of the activities within the Software Development team.

We are looking for candidates with some of the below experience

  • Line manage a team of 3-4 developers
  • Single point of contact for all service related issues within a digital platform
  • Drive monitoring of platform, enhancing alerting capabilities
  • Govern quality delivery across the platform
  • Manage incidents as and when they arise
  • Continuous improvement across platform and implement ideas where appropriate
  • Continuously track platform is meeting SLA’s, reporting progress on a regularly basis i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Experience in understanding monitoring tools, for example Microsoft insights, Power BI and Google Analytics
  • Track live production issues using incident management tool with desire to lower number of issues raised per application
  • Good customer service
  • Ideally from developer’s background, preferably in .Net and now moved into Technical Service Management
