£18,000 - £22,000 per annum
Customer Support /Technical Support /2nd line
Leading Cheshire based client providing innovative software solutions in the public and private sectors are seeking a 1st & 2nd line support analyst to ensure all incidents and customer requests are dealt with internally and with clients too.
The successful support analyst will complete diagnosis of all incidents and resolve to the customers satisfaction using documented processes and procedures or escalate to 2nd / / 3rd line Support as well as assisting where needed with maintaining Network and Security requirements
-Assisting with maintaining Internal Network& ensure successful security of servers, PC’s and portable devices
-Assisting with maintaining Secure Network & ensure successful security
-Assisting with maintaining internal print network
-Assisting with maintaining internal telephony system
-Perform User Acceptance Software Testing (UAT) on bug fixes, new & enhanced software products as required
-log and keep track of software bugs raised by customer
-Participate in Customer Conference Calls as needed
