Location: Central London (City)
Salary:28,000 to 36,000 plus Bonus and Excellent Benefits.

Our client, a Financial Services FTSE 250 company based in central London, is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to be part of their ever-growing tech department, you will be an integral part of the team with career progression on offer for the right candidate.

Please see below the requirements of the role:
 
Experience Requirements
  • minimum of 3 years 1st and 2nd line support
  • Experience in supporting both a Windows and Citrix environment
  • Experience working within ITIL processes
  • Experience supporting VIP users
  • PowerShell and Azure experience/knowledge is beneficial
  • Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Education and Skills
  • ITIL V3 Foundation
  • Citrix, SCCM, MCP, MCSE, MCSA Qualifications
