Leading EdTech company in Central London require a Salesforce Administrator who will join a migration project from a legacy CRM solution to Salesforce.com.
The Salesforce Administrator will ensure that they are maximising efficiency and capitalising on the full features and benefits, you’ll be communicating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This hire will be the ‘go to’ for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields .You will be given a lot of responsibility in terms of decision making and over the next 12 months hire another junior to work under you. You’ll be working closely with some of the leading minds whilst being based in beautiful modern offices, the company are mid-size and have tripled in staff since 2014.
