UX/UI Designer

About The Role

You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where the ability to work under pressure and to clearly defined deadlines is key. The role will be reporting to the CTO with day-to-day activities led by the Senior UX/UI Designer.

The UX/UI design role is a fundamental part of the overall product development process. You will work closely with the other UI/UX Designers, the rest of the technology team as well as the product, sales & marketing functions to ensure that we provide a seamless experience for the platform users, external customers and internal administrators and support staff.

The role will involve:

  • Working closely with the product team to design the User Interface of our entire platform
  • Testing the effectiveness of the design with the users
  • Creating physical marketing material to support the marketing and growth of the business
  • Providing feedback and ideas to improve and develop the current platform
  • The successful candidate will get exposure to all parts of the business and have the opportunity to get involved in design of User Interface for the pipeline of products the company plans to develop
  • The entire user interface and experience of the online platform
  • Ensuring that design rules and processes are captured, recorded, understood and implemented correctly


  • 3+ years’ experience in user experience or design (preferred)
  • Strong experience in UX/UI Tools (e.g Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Cloud, Balsamiq)
  • Worked in an agile environment
  • Exposure working with internal stakeholders across all areas of business
  • Experience of working within a broader product development team
  • Ability to take on board both business and technical aspects relating to software design

  • Degree educated or 3+ years relevant experience
