Dean has worked in the recruitment industry for 5+ years specialising in the technology and software space for some of the fastest growing firms. Dean has predominately focussed across product, engineering, and technology, mostly in the SME and start-up world across the UK and Europe. He believes that it’s always important to upskill his and his team’s technology knowledge to ensure they understand the full product life cycle of a platforms architecture to enable them to help find the most relevant talent and provide a service they can be proud of.
