Digitech are partnered with a fast growing Eccom SAAS business that specialise in empowering customer satisfaction, and generating a first class experience through AI driven research.

Responsibilities:

•Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.

•Utilise various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.

•Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the product vision and user flows.

•Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and platforms.

•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritise features.

•Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

•Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.

•Take ownership of the entire design process from conception to delivery, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience.

•Proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and take initiative to drive design solutions.

•Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of designs through user testing and feedback loops.

Required Professional Skills:

•Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

•Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Proto.io, or equivalent.

•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
