A leading global financial information services provider is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Specialist (Associate Director level) to join its growing data and analytics team.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Finance, HR, and Data, supporting senior leadership with insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll work across FP&A, HR Analytics, and the central data function to develop scalable BI solutions, enhance data quality, and deliver meaningful business intelligence.
What You’ll Do:
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and robust data models.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics across Finance and HR.
Develop and manage ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Streamline reporting processes and drive automation initiatives.
Contribute to the organisation’s overall data strategy and governance framework.
Experience you will bring:
5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL (3+ years).
Proven ability to manage data pipelines, ETL, and data modeling.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and other BI tools (Qlik, Python, R).
Strong stakeholder communication skills and a track record of working with senior management.
