Infrastructure Engineer - Tier 2

I'm partnered with a unique MSP who specialises in serving public sector clients. After nearly doubling in size in the past 18 months, they are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their growing support team.
Responsibilities:
- Offer Level 2 support, identifying and resolving data centre and network infrastructure technology incidents.
- Conduct system analysis and integrate with authentication and identity services.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex customer incidents related to data centre and infrastructure services.
- Provide engineering guidance, support, and consultation to team members, including mentoring and training.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers, coordinate with customer technical staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- VMware, ESXi, vOPs.
- LAN and WLAN technologies (Cisco, Extreme, Fortinet).
- Firewall services (Fortinet, Cisco).
- MS stack, Active Directory and 365 services, Azure.
- Multiple Public Cloud Infrastructure.
- Ideally from an MSP.
Must be able to travel to their offices occasionally and must have full working rights in the UK.
